Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at myidealfragrance.com! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility

*   You may return most new, unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
*   Opened or lightly used fragrances will not be returned
*   Sample vials, discounted items, and personalized, engraved products, and creed fragrances are not eligible for return.

2. Condition of Items

*   All returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
*   Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

3. Return Process

*   To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at myidealfragrance.com or preferably our phone number 464 204-5949 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
*   Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.
*   Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Shipping Costs

*   You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
*   If you are returning an item due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or will be reimbursed for it. 

5. Refunds and Exchanges

*   Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
*   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
*   If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

*   If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

7. Exceptions

*   We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
*   This return policy is subject to change without notice.
